A town known for Modernista ceramics. The old Pujol i Bausis factory, known as La Rajoleta, was one of the main centres producing architectural ceramics for both the Modernista and Noucentista movements. Visitors can find out about its legacy, as well as enter the set of kilns and learn about how they worked. Next to the factory, is the Can Tinturé Museum, home to the collection of Salvador Miquel display tiles. Both venues are conveniently located in the historic centre of town, which comprises a series of charming streets, such as Carrer de l’Església, Carrer de Montserrat or, close by, the Parc dels Torrents.
