The "Pota Blava Chicken à la Carte" initiative is the perfect way to discover the various ways of enjoying this breed of fowl. Noted restaurateurs from the district, who are well familiar with the subtleties of its meat, have transformed it in their kitchens into one of the star attractions on their menus.
